【社会】5岁以下儿童死亡人数恐出现本世纪首次反弹
“2025年非常可能成为本世纪以来全球儿童可预防死亡人数首次上升的一年。这是我们最不愿看到、却不得不面对的痛心现实。”在接受澎湃新闻采访时，盖茨基金会 （Gates Foundation) 首席执行官马克·苏斯曼（Mark Suzman）痛心直言。
多个高收入国家包括美国、英国、法国、德国等近年大幅削减国际发展援助，成为导致这一逆转的关键原因之一。如果削减趋势持续，苏斯曼表示未来20年或将导致数千万名本可避免的儿童死亡。
“儿童没有投票权，他们年幼而脆弱，母亲群体同样承受高度风险。无论各国政治立场如何，人类社会都应当能够形成共识——这些投资是值得的。然而，这一共识目前尚未转化为足够广泛的政策行动。”苏斯曼说。

【科技】青藏高原首例克隆濒危牛健康成长
这是12月3日在西藏动物疫控中心（区畜牧总站）曲水实验站牛场拍摄的克隆樟木牛母犊。
位于拉萨河畔的西藏动物疫控中心（区畜牧总站）曲水实验站牛场里，一头额头带花的黑色小牛时而吃草，时而驻足。这是由科研团队在西藏克隆的樟木牛母犊。
樟木牛是西藏特有的珍稀畜禽遗传资源。2021年第三次全国畜禽遗传资源普查期间，该牛种在日喀则市聂拉木县樟木镇被系统确认时仅存19头，濒危程度极高，原产地保护面临严峻挑战。
据介绍，小牛犊出生后即被纳入24小时动态监测，生长数据全程记录。小牛犊现阶段各项生理指标稳定，食欲旺盛、活动力强，生长发育良好。待其性成熟后，科研人员将开展繁育试验，逐步构建“原地保种+异地保种”相结合的抢救性保护体系，为樟木牛种群恢复提供种质支撑。
目前，在克隆技术突破与多项保护措施协同推进下，樟木牛种群数量已由最初的19头增至37头。

【美食】人均25元的素食自助，排爆商场
“都说餐饮不好干，为什么素食的生意越来越好了？”。
从去年开始，“中式素食”就开始席卷整个餐饮市场，来自杭州的庆春朴门连续在北上广深开店，且家家生意火爆，部分门店排队甚至超过2小时，广州店开业首日接待量更是突破1433人。来自宁波的素食自助品牌素满香也在加速拓店，截止目前门店数量已经突破100家，其中有近一半是在过去一年内开出的。
在小红书上，“到寺庙吃斋饭”成为最流行的话题之一，苏州西园寺的观音面、成都文殊院的香菇饭、杭州法喜寺的斋饭……越来越多的“寺庙素食”成了年轻人争相打卡的热点。在抖音上，#素食 的话题播放量达到了惊人的36.5亿次，远超#云贵川bistro 、#山野火锅 、#江西菜 等众多当下大热的餐饮品类。
三里屯店的装修为“新中式”风格，简洁且有格调，加上枯山水的造景，显得禅意十足。开放式厨房，原材料和调味品被大量用于堆头展示，主打一个食材新鲜、现点现做。大部分菜的价格在20-40元，人均消费100左右，不算便宜，但如果考虑到绝大部分食材都是有机的，且选址在寸土寸金的三里屯，那这个价格绝对配得上这顿饭，可以说是极致的“质价比”。

【历史】辛普森一家（The Simpsons）
辛普森一家（The Simpsons）是马特·格勒宁(Matt Groening) 为美国福克斯(Fox) 广播公司创作的一部成人动画情景喜剧。该剧通过展现霍默、玛姬、巴特、丽莎和玛吉一家五口的日常生活，讽刺性地描绘了美国中产阶级的生活方式。空间设定于虚构小镇春田镇的《辛普森一家》，幽默地嘲讽了美国文化、社会、电视节目以及人性的诸多方面。

【笑话】愚公移山
愚公临死前召集儿子來到床边虛弱的说:
「移山...移山.........」
儿子:「亮晶晶?」
愚公卒。
This joke is funniest with a little historical context. The story of 愚公移山 (yúgōng yíshān), “the Foolish Old Man who moved the mountains,” was one of Chairman Mao Zedong’s favorites. In the story, an old man is foolish enough to think that he can move a couple of mountains, even if his sons will have to finish the job. Mao used the tale to promote the awesome power of resolute determination: even if the Chinese people didn’t have much technology or money, they could accomplish anything they put their minds to.
In the punchline of this joke, the Foolish Old Man’s son thinks he’s trying to sing the opening of the Chinese version of “Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star” : 一闪一闪亮晶晶 (yīshǎn yīshǎn liàng jīngjīng).
卒 (zú) is a respectful/formal way to say that someone has died. It’s also the character on one army’s soldiers in the game of Chinese chess!
